Fenxi Analytics (“Fenxi”, “we”, “us”) builds custom business intelligence systems, AI sales automation, e-commerce systems and websites. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit fenxianalytics.com or get in touch with us.

We only collect what we need to reply to you and to understand how the website is used:

• Details you give us. When you fill in the enquiry form or email us: your name, email address, company, and your answers about what you would like to build.
• Usage data, only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records things like the pages you visit, how long you stay, your device and browser, and your approximate location (city level).
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) to keep the site secure and running.

• To reply to your enquiry and recommend what we would build.
• To deliver and support work we agree to do for you.
• To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the website.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We use Google Analytics to measure traffic. It only runs with full tracking after you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you choose Decline, analytics cookies are not stored.

Business data you share with us while we build a system for you is handled under our agreement with you and our Confidentiality commitment. It is used only to deliver your project.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to talk to you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings. Records we must keep by law (for example invoices) are kept for the period the law requires.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it,
• correct or update it,
• delete it, where we are not required to keep it,
