How we keep your business information confidential, before, during and after a project.
Last updated: 1 October 2026
01Our commitment
To build systems around your business, we often see sensitive information: sales figures, customer lists, supplier terms, access to your tools. We treat all of it as confidential, from the first call to long after handover.
02What we treat as confidential
- Your business data: sales, finance, operations, marketing and customer records.
- Access credentials, API keys and anything that lets us connect to your systems.
- Your plans, pricing, strategy and anything you share in calls or documents.
- The code, dashboards and systems we build for you.
03Before we start
You do not need to share sensitive data on a discovery call. If you would like a formal agreement before sharing anything, ask us and we will put a mutual non-disclosure agreement in place before work begins.
04While we work
- Access is limited to the team members working on your project, with role-based permissions.
- Data in transit and at rest is encrypted using industry-standard protocols.
- Your data is used only to build and support your system. It is never sold, shared with or shown to anyone else.
- Your data is never used to train AI models for other clients.
- Audit logging and regular security reviews are standard on every system we build.
05After handover
- You own the code, the infrastructure and the data, and receive full documentation.
- We hand back or revoke any access credentials we no longer need.
- Ask us to remove your data at any time and we will execute and confirm it within 48 hours.
- Our confidentiality obligations continue after the project ends.
06When we may have to disclose
The only exception is where disclosure is required by law or by a court or government authority. If that happens, we will tell you first wherever we are legally allowed to.
